Chipolatas are a part of our Christmas lunch every year, and last year I thought I would try something a bit different to regular pan-fried chipolatas. Just like a glazed ham, I decided to try glazing them and they turned out great, so here is the recipe.
- 16 – 20 pork chipolatas
- 1-2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs mustard powder
- 2 tbs dijon mustard
- 1 tbs wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Simply mix honey, mustards, worcestershire and vinegar together, add chipolatas and mix.
- Place in a single layer on a baking paper lined tray and bake for about half an hour or until dark brown in colour, turning every so often.
This is great as a quick dinner with a salad and a slice of wholegrain bread.
