Peanut Butter and Banana Porridge

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1/2 a banana sliced
  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter


  1. Simply throw all the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until oats are cooked (about 5 minutes) and you’ve got yourself a quick, delicious, nutritious breakfast!
