Although I have a great passion for health and nutrition, I also LOVE all kinds of foods. I particularly love baking, so thought I would provide a section where you can find some of my recipes and pictures of the foods I have cooked or baked. It’s certainly okay to have these foods once in a while (dependant on your health requirements of course), and when you eat them make sure you really ENJOY them and don’t feel guilty about it.
But remember – EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!
